Memento Mori - Small Glazed Vase

In their small ceramics studio at the base of Maungatautari mountain in Cambridge, the latin phrase memento mori is used as a reminder to live life fully and boldly.

Using local speckle clay each vase is glazed on the interior in either blush pink, white or black. The glaze means that the vases can hold water.
