Used separately, you have two unique cooking surfaces. Together they lock to create a lid and base, either way up. Inside this sealed oven, the grill pattern works to keep moisture circulating. This means juicy goodness.
Depending on your preference, your Grande Legacy Bundle will arrive from the foundry unseasoned. This guarantees you’ll have none of the chemicals, dyes or enamels found in a lot of mass produced cast iron cookware. Gross.
