The name 'Sweet Therapy' reflects her belief that sometimes indulging in a sweet treat can be therapeutic for the soul. She loves to pair hers with a cheeky Flat White!

This business was born from a desire to find a creative outlet that Elsha could balance with life as a busy mum of three. With a background in Hospitality, a keen interest in product development and lots of experimentation this idea took shape and blossomed in to Sweet Therapy.
