Six Barrel Soda - Lemonade Syrup

Lemonade is inspired by lemon trees heaving with fruit and old school lemonade stands. We use NZ lemon juice and zest, with a hint of Marlborough sea salt to make a crisp, zesty, not too sweet lemonade.

Makes 15 drinks
These syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.

Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.
