Richard Beauchamp - Tall Stacking Ceramic Mug

A tall, hand-thrown ceramic stacking mug, in a green glaze. Made from an iron-bearing buff clay body that reveals a light speckle. Crafted by hand in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Richard Beauchamp is a Ōtautahi based ceramicist, working from his home studio. Richard's process stems from a career within the coffee industry and a deep appreciation for the rituals of hospitality.

All mugs are made by hand using a combination of wheel throwing and hand-building techniques, using a blend of New Zealand stoneware clay.

Richards mugs are thoughtful, beautifully timeless, and functional. 

The C-handled stacking mugs are hand-thrown mugs have a lovely weight to them. Enough uniformity without each being perfect allows them to be stacked upon each other.
